OUR PASTOR
Pastor Ronald E. Cooper is the founding Pastor of Founders Community Church. He has served in this position for seven years. Pastor Cooper has pastored and served in Churches for over 25 years. He is married to his wife Cassandra (Casey), and they have two children Grace and Anna. Pastor Cooper enjoys reading, auctioneering, comic books, and the guitar.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion for Cumberland College (Williamsburg, Kentucky) and a Masters of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary (Louisville, Kentucky). He is a strong believer in sovereignty, expository preaching, personal evangelism, Biblical authority, and historical baptist doctrines.
OUR CHURCH
Founders Community Church is not associated with any denominations or conventions. The Church's doctrines are historically Baptist. The Church places a strong emphasis on Biblical worship, expository preaching, God's sovereignty, salvation by grace alone, and Biblical authority. The Church has an extremely high view of God and a low view of man. The Church teaches truth at a very high level. That being said, it has a warm fellowship an a loving congregation.
